Description

This is a jar that contains a gall bladder and a stone. The gall bladder is mildly enlarged. Its wall is partially opened, showing that it is not thickened and that its mucosal surface is dark in colour. The serosal surface is black, indicating gangrenous changes. The stone is creamy white measuring 4 X 2 cm with mamillated surface.
