Q. Is it primary or secondary TB?

Q. What is the treatment?
Remember that treatment is essentially medical by anti TB medications. If there is an indication for removal of the diseased kidney it should be removed with the whole ureter (nephroureterectomy)
There are 2 indications for removal of the ureter with the kidney (nephroureterectomy):
Transitional cell carcinoma of renal pelvis
Some cases of renal tuberculosis
