Description
This is a jar that contains one half of a vertically-bisected lower
thigh, knee and upper leg. The lower end of femur is destroyed by a
brownish expanding lesion that shows loculations. The lesion is well
demarcated from the rest of femur upward and it does not invade the
articular cartilage downwards.
Diagnosis
Giant cell tumour of lower end of femur.
