88- Is showing the right hand of a victim, with several small ante mortem superficial cut wounds, in the skin of the palm and tips of the fingers, due to attempts of defense from the victim by pushing or catching the weapon (knife) in the hand of the assailant; and so they are called defensive wounds. They denote homicide.
