649 - Is showing an opened stomach from a case of acute arsenical poisoning. Arsenic here was taken in the form of powder (metallic irritant poison); and so it resulted in appearance of small superficial hemorrhagic ulcers scattered in the gastric mucosa. The white powder of arsenic is seen sticking to the gastric mucosa
