502 - Is showing the air passages and the chest organs of a young boy, who died from asphyxia of choking, due to inhalation of a watermelon seed, which was impacted in his left bronchus.

A tracheostomy operation was done to the child (as seen in the ventral aspect), but unfortunately could not save his life, as the obstructing agent (the seed) was impacted lower than its level.
