491 - Is showing the lungs, larynx, trachea and spleen from a case of asphyxia of drowning.

There are seaweeds impacted in the larynx. The lungs are pale (due to inflation with water) with "Tardieu" spots under the pleura; and the spleen is pale and shrunken (due to its contraction ).
