482 - Is showing the skin of the neck from a case of strangulation, i.e. rope mark around the neck and ante mortem fractured hyoid bone, with a postmortem burn, which was done by the assailant to mask the crime; but some areas of the rope mark escaped the effect of burning.

Detection of the ligature mark and the ante mortem fracture of hyoid bone beside the postmortem nature of the burn confirm that the cause of death was homicidal strangulation
