433 - Is showing a case of infanticide by head injury.

It is in the form of the scalp of the infant (the upper specimen), and the skull after opening it by sagittal section (the lower specimen).

There are extensive bruises in the scalp; and multiple fissures in the skull, with severe intracranial hemorrhage
