408 - Is showing the chest organs and the stomach of a stillborn fetus. The lungs are small; with diffuse purple color and sharp borders; and not covering the heart anteriorly, i.e. non respired. The stomach is empty from milk or colostrum, i.e. devoiding of signs of feeding
