388 - Is showing a piece of the anterior chest wall in front of the heart, i.e. the  | precordium, with the underlying structures, the heart and the left lung. There is a firearm injury in the form of inlet of shots without dispersion, i.e. causing central hole only, denoting that the distance of firing was less than 1 meter. The injury caused combinating of the sternum; and rupture of the heart and left lung.

There is absence of power marks around the inlet in the skin, in spite of the near distance of firing, due to the clothes covering the chest Wall
