369- Is showing the duodenum with a small piece of the stomach. There is traumatic rupture of the wall of the duodenum, due to blunt trauma to the abdomen after a motor car accident.
The ruptured areas are showing bulging of the mucosa outward, with bruises in the wall of the duodenum denoting its traumatic nature
