There is a vertical cut fracture in the left zygomatic region and the left angle of the mandible causing its fracture. It was due to trauma with a heavy sharp instrument as axe or grubber.
There is bone erosion around the fracture in the mandible denoting sepsis and death of the victim after about 4 to 6 weeks from septic complications.
