241 Is showing a skull Cap of a female victim above the age of 40 years (the parietal eminences are not prominent and the coronal suture is united), with a comminuted fracture (multiple fissures crossing each other), due to trauma with a heavy blunt instrument having a wide striking surface and a high momentum.
Note the presence of extra cranial and intra cranial (extradural on the inner table) hemorrhages.
The victim died shortly after the injury as there are no signs of healing, sepsis and surgical interference
