221- Is showing a skull Cap of a Negroid woman (persistent frontal suture, and not prominent parietal eminences).
There is a small rounded defect, about 2 cm in diameter, in the left frontal bone of a trephine operation.
The edges of this trephine hole are smooth, denoting survival of the patient more than 3 months, i.e. it is old trephine operation, which was done since more than 3 months.
