176- Is showing the lower half of the 2 cerebral hemispheres with the cerebellum (after doing a transverse section in the brain).
There is a traumatic penetrating punctured wound passing through the right frontal lobe of the brain. It is due to penetration of an iron bar through the right frontal bone; and right frontal pole of the brain causing its laceration.
