159- Is showing the dura mater with extradural hemorrhage.
N.B. To differentiate between extradural and subdural hemorrhage you have to detect the outer surface and the inner surface of the dura. This is done by detection of the falxcerebri, which is present protruding from the inner surface of the dura. In this specimen the falx is shown protruding from the inner surface of the dura (which is not containing the hematoma here), near the side of the specimen
