13- Is showing longitudinal sections in the foot and the hand of a child above 7 years in age, as detected from the size of the ossific centre of the lower end of the radius which is more than 2/3 of the breadth of the lower epiphysis (it appears at 2 years and reaches 2/3 of the breadth of the epiphysis at 7 years); i.e. above the age of discrimination.
