Anatomical Diagnosis :
A specimen shows:
- A placenta.
- Umbilical cord.
- Parts of membranes.
Pathological Diagnosis :
- A placenta is formed of two unequal parts one big but the other is
small.
- The small part is connected to the big one by a piece of membranes in
which blood vessels run.
Provisional Diagnosis :
Succenturiate placenta.
