Anatomical Diagnosis :
A specimen shows:
- Uterus (opened).
- Tubes & ovaries.
Pathological Diagnosis :
The uterine cavity is filled with vesicles which are variable in size,
with translucent wall & clear fluid inside & connected to each other by
narrow pedicles.
Operative Diagnosis :
Postpartum Specimen.
Provisional Diagnosis :
Complete vesicular mole.
