- Lower uterine segment.
- Placenta.
- Cervix.
- A strip of vagina.
- A strip of vulva.

Pathological Diagnosis :
The placenta is implanted over the lower uterine segment.

Operative Diagnosis :
Post-mortem specimen.

Provisional Diagnosis :
Placenta previa.
