Anatomical Diagnosis :
A specimen of preqnant uterus incised lonqitudinally & shows :
- Upper uterine segment.
- Lower uterine segment.
- Placenta & umbilical cord.
- Cervix.
- A strip of vagina.
- A strip of vulva.

Pathological Diagnosis :
The placenta is implanted over the lower uterine segment.

Operative Diagnosis :
Post- mortem specimen.

Provisional Diagnosis :
Placenta previa.
