Anatomical Diagnosis :
A specimen of pregnant uterus (opened) & shows:

- Upper uterine segment.
- Lower uterine segment.
- Placenta & umbilical cord.
- Cervix.
- A strip of vagina.

Pathological Diagnosis :
- The placenta is implanted over the lower uterine segment.
- The umbilical cord is prolapsed through the cervix & shows marginal insertion.

Operative Diagnosis :
Post-mortem specimen.

Provisional Diagnosis :

Placenta previa with cord prolapse.
