Anatomical Diagnosis :
A specimen shows:
Fallopian tube.
Pathological Diagnosis :
A mummified & calcified fetus (lithopedion) about 12-14 weeks gestation
is seen partially protruding from the dilated fimbrial end.
Operative Diagnosis :
Salpingectomy.
Provisional Diagnosis :
Ectopic tubal pregnancy (tubal abortion with lithopedion formation).
