Anatomical Diagnosis :
A specimen shows :
Fallopian tube & ovary (both are bisected & the ovary showed corpus luteum).

Pathological Diagnosis :
The bisected tube showing a tubal mole (embryo about 4 weeks gestation), yolk sac & amniotic sac surrounded by blood clot.

Operative Diagnosis :
Salpingo-oophorectomy.

Provisional Diagnosis :
Ectopic tubal pregnancy (tubal mole).
