Anatomical Diagnosis :
A specimen shows:
- One rudimentary uterine horn (one fallopian tube & one round ligament
attached to it).
- A window was made in the horn to demonstrate an intact gestational sac
in the horn with a fetus about 12-14 weeks gestation lying inside.
Pathological Diagnosis :
Ectopic pregnancy in a rudimentary horn.
Operative Diagnosis :
Hornectomy
