Anatomical Diagnosis :
A specimen shows:
- Bicornuate uterus.
- A window was made in the horn & fetus about 12-14 weeks gestation is
extruded from it.
- Another window was made for further demonstration of the horn.
Pathological Diagnosis :
Rupture of the pregnant horn.
Operative Diagnosis :
Subtotal hysterectomy.
Provisional Diagnosis :
Ruptured pregnant uterine horn.
