Part of fetal skull.
Pathological Diagnosis :
- Lacerations of the falx-cerebri & the tentorium cerebelli.
- Cephalhematoma on the right parietal bone.
Operative Diagnosis :
Post-mortem specimen.
Provisional Diagnosis :
Fetal head birth injuries.
