Anatomical Diagnosis :
A specimen shows:
- Uterus (body).
- Tubes & ovaries.
Pathological Diagnosis :
- Sub-peritoneal haemorrhage.
- The wall of the uterus is incised to demonstrate extravasated blood
through the myometrium.
Operative Diagnosis :
Post-mortem specimen.
Provisional Diagnosis :
Concealed accidental haemorrhage (Couvelair uterus).
