Anatomical Diagnosis :
A specimen shows:
- Uterus.
- Tubes & ovaries.
Pathological Diagnosis :
- Subperitoneal haemorrhage.
- Extensive fissuring of the peritoneal surface (i.e. incomplete rupture
uterus).
Operative Diagnosis :
Post-mortem specimen.
Provisional Diagnosis :
Concealed accidental haemorrhage (Couvelair uterus).
