Anatomical Diagnosis :
A specimen shows:
- Puerperal uterus (body).
- Fallopian tubes.
Pathological Diagnosis :
The endometrial cavity is lined by shaggy yellowish necrotic pyogenic
membrane.
Operative Diagnosis :
Subtotal hysterectomy.
Provisional Diagnosis :
Puerperal sepsis.
