Anatomical Diagnosis :
A specimen shows:
Puerperal uterus.
Adnexae.
Strip of the vagina.
Pathological Diagnosis :
The endometriai cavity is lined by shaggy yellowish necrotic pyogenic
membrane.
Left parametric swelling lined by yellowish necrotic membrane (mostly
Parametric abscess).
Operative Diagnosis :
Post-mortem specimen
Provisional Diagnosis :
Puerperal sepsis with parametric abscess.
