Anatomical Diagnosis :
A specimen shows:
- Puerperal uterus.
- Adnexae.
-Upper vagina.
Pathological Diagnosis :
Upper segment C.S. incision showing redness, oedema & shreds i.e.
infected (sutures are seen).
Operative Diagnosis :
Post-mortem specimen.
Provisional Diagnosis :
Infected incision of upper segment C.S.
