Anatomical Diagnosis ;
A specimen shows :

- Uterus (incised longitudinally). - Fallopian tubes.
- Ovaries.

Pathological Diagnosis :
- The uterine cavity is filled with irregular ill-defined mass with areas of haemorrhage & necrosis.
- The mass infiltrates the myometrium & protrudes into the cervical canal.
- Both ovaries are enlarged.

Operative Diagnosis :
Total hysterectomy & bilateral salpingo-oophorectomy.

Provisional Diagnosis :

Uterine malignancy with bilateral ovarian enlargement for differential diagnosis.
