Anatomical Diagnosis :
A specimen shows:

- Uterus (bisected).
- One fallopian tube & one ovary.

Pathological Diagnosis :
The uterine cavity is filled with irregular ill-defined mass with areas of haemorrhage & necrosis.

Operative Diagnosis :
Total hysterectomy & unilateral salpingo-oophorectomy.

Provisional Diagnosis :
Uterine malignancy for differential diagnosis.
