Anatomical Diagnosis :
A specimen shows:

- Cross section of the uterus.
- One tube & ovary.

Pathological Diagnosis :
- The cross section of the uterus shows multiple translucent thin walled grape like vesicles which are penetrating the uterine wall.
- The cavity of the uterus contains dark altered blood.
- Enlarged & cystic ovary.

Operative Diagnosis :
Total hysterectomy & unilateral salpingo-oophorectomy.

Provisional Diagnosis ;
Invasive mole (Chorioadenoma destruens).
