Anatomical Diagnosis :
A specimen shows :
Tube & ovary.
Pathological Diagnosis :
- A large cyst between the 2 layers of the Broad ligament.
- The ovary is intact & of normal size.
- The tube is stretched over the cyst.
Operative Diagnosis :
Salpingo-ovariectomy.
Provisional Diagnosis :
Para-ovarian cyst.
