Anatomical Diagnosis :
A specimen shows:
-Cut section of the ovary.
-Part of the fallopian tube.
Pathological Diagnosis :
The ovary is enlarged & the ovarian tissue is replaced by an irregular
ill defined, non capsulated, solid mass with areas of haemorrhage &
necrosis.
Operative Diagnosis :
Post-mortem specimen.
Provisional Diagnosis :
Malignant solid ovarian Neoplasm.
