Anatomical Diagnosis :
A specimen shows:
Fallopian tube & cut section of ovary.
Pathological Diagnosis :
- The ovary is enlarged & entirely replaced by single solid , well
circumscribed rounded mass.
- Cut section of the mass shows whorly appearance & areas of cystic
degeneration.
Operative Diagnosis :
Salpingo-ovariectomy.
Provisional Diagnosis :
Ovarian fibromata.
