Anatomical Diagnosis :
A specimen shows:
- Cut section of the ovary.
- Part of the fallopian tube.
Pathological Diagnosis :
- The ovary is enlarged & the ovarian tissue is replaced by an irreguiar
ill defined , non capsulated , solid mass with areas of haemorrhage &
necrosis.
- The peritoneal surface of ovary shows some adhesions.
Operative Diagnosis :
Post-mortem specimen.
Provisional Diagnosis :
Malignant solid ovarian neoplasm.
