Anatomical Diagnosis :
A specimen shows:
Cut section of the ovary.
Pathological Diagnosis :
- The ovary is enlarged & cystic.
- The cyst is multi-locular, thick walled some loculii are filled by
glistening, gelatinous material.
Operative Diagnosis :
Ovariotomy.
Provisional Diagnosis :
Papillary pseudo mucinous cyst adenoma of the ovary.
