Anatomical Diagnosis :
A specimen shows:
- Pregnant uterus with a fetus inside ( about 10 weeks).
- Both tubes & ovaries.
Pathological Diagnosis :
- One ovary is enlarged & cystic,
- Cut section of the cyst shows that it is thin walled , unilocular with
endophytic & exophytic papillae.
Operative Diagnosis :
Subtotal hysterectomy & bilateral salpingo-oophorectomy.
Provisional Diagnosis :
Papillary serous cyst adenoma of the ovary with pregnancy.
