Anatomical Diagnosis :
A specimen shows:
Ovary & Tubes.
Pathological Diagnosis :
The ovary is enlarged & cystic the cyst is multi- locular thin walled
containing clear fluid.
Operative Diagnosis :
Salpingo oophorectomy.
Provisional Diagnosis :
Multi-locular ovarian cyst mostly serous cystadenoma of the ovary.
