Anatomical Diagnosis :
A specimen shows:

- Ovary {Bisected).
- A part of the Fallopian tube & mesosalpinx attached.

Pathological Diagnosis :
The ovary shows 2 cysts (one is large, uni-locular thin walled & containing dark altered blood & the other is small).

Operative Diagnosis :
Ovariectomy.

Provisional Diagnosis :
Haemorrhagic cyst of the ovary for Differential Diagnosis.
