Anatomical Diagnosis :
- Fallopian tube.
- Cut section of ovary.
Pathological Diagnosis :
- The ovary is Enlarged & entirely replaced by single solid, well
circumscribed rounded mass.
- Cut section of the mass shows, whorly appearance & areas of cystic
degeneration.
Operative Diagnosis :
Salpingo-ovariectomy.
Provisional Diagnosis :
Ovarian fibroma.
