Anatomical Diagnosis :
- Uterus (bisected).
- Both tubes.
Pathological Diagnosis :
Irregular ill defined polypoidal growth spread over the endometrium &
infiltrate the myometrium with areas of haemorrhage & necrosis.
Operative Diagnosis :
Total abdominal hysterectomy.
Provisional Diagnosis :
Uterine malignancy for differential diagnosis
(Endometrial carcinoma).
