Anatomical Diagnosis :
A specimen shows:
- Uterine body (Bisected).
- Both tubes.
Pathological Diagnosis :
irregular ill defined polypoidal growth spread over the endometrium &
infiltrate the myometrium with areas of haemorrhage & necrosis.
Operative Diagnosis :
Post-mortem specimen.
Provisional Diagnosis :
Uterine malignancy for differential diagnosis (Endometrial carcinoma).
