Anatomical Diagnosis :
A specimen shows:

- Uterus (bisected).
- Tubes & ovaries.
-Piece of the omentum.

Pathological Diagnosis :
- The fundus shows a localized fungating growth which infiltrates the myometrium with areas of haemorrhage & necrosis.
- The growth perforates the fundus with a piece of omentum adherent to seal the perforation.
- Cystic ovary.

Operative Diagnosis :
Total abdominal hysterectomy & bilateral salpingo-oophorectomy.

Provisional Diagnosis :
Uterine malignancy for differential diagnosis with uterine perforation
(Endometrial carcinoma).
