Anatomical Diagnosis :
A specimen shows:
- Uterine body (incised longitudinally).
- Fallopian tubes.
- Ovaries.
Pathological Diagnosis :
The fundus shows a localized fungating growth which infiltrates the
myometrium with areas of haemorrhage & necrosis.
Operative Diagnosis :
Post-mortem specimen.
Provisional Diagnosis :
Uterine malignancy for differential diagnosis
(Endometrial carcinoma).
