Anatomical Diagnosis :
A specimen shows:
- Uterus (incised longitudinaly).
- Tube & Ovary,
- Parametrium.
- Upper vagina.
Pathological Diagnosis :
Irregular, ill defined,
infiltrative mass in the cervical canal & extending upwards into the
internal os.
Operative Diagnosis :
Wertheim's operation.
Provisional Diagnosis :
Carcinoma of the cervix (Endo cervical type barrel shaped cervix).
